Legacy

My vision for Mindful Hearts Recovery Coaching has always been bigger than a service or a business. I want to leave behind a legacy where every person who crosses our path feels seen, respected, and supported to live a life that feels genuinely their own. The heart of MHRC has been shaped by lived experience, community wisdom, and the belief that healing happens in safe, authentic relationships.

I hope my work creates a future where neurodivergent and psychosocial communities no longer feel they have to apologise for who they are, mask their needs, or justify their struggles. I want people to feel understood the first time, supported without conditions, and encouraged to trust their own strengths as they move toward independence and wellbeing.

My legacy is to help shift our sector toward care that is grounded in humanity. I want to empower a workforce of coaches, support workers, and peer practitioners who lead with kindness, integrity, and cultural safety. Through mentoring, training, and sharing the MHRC model, I aim to leave behind a practice framework that shows others what ethical, neuroaffirming, trauma-informed support looks like in real life.

I want MHRC to be known for its honesty, inclusivity, and steady presence. A place where people feel they belong. A place that meets individuals where they are and walks with them as they rediscover their confidence, identity, and sense of possibility.

If I leave one mark on the world, I hope it’s this: that people feel less alone because MHRC existed. That the communities we serve feel safer and more hopeful. And that the next generation of practitioners feels braver and more equipped to offer care that honours the whole person. Amanda❤️
