Amanda (She/They)

Founder / Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Amanda is the Founder and Director of Mindful Hearts Recovery Coaching, with more than 20 years’ experience in the community sector. She specialises in strengths-based, recovery-focused, and neuroaffirming care, offering psychosocial recovery coaching, support work, case management, and service navigation for people of all ages. Amanda’s work is informed by deep expertise in youth homelessness, out-of-home care, and education re-engagement, particularly across Sydney’s diverse communities. She is personally connected to neurodiversity and the LGBTIQA+ and non-binary communities, and brings lived experience, empathy, and a grounded presence to her practice.

Willow (They/Them)

General Manager / Support Coordinator
Willow brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge, lived experience, and personal insight to their role. As a neurodivergent deaf person and a member of the LGBTIQA+ community, Willow creates safe, affirming spaces for all. Their wrap-around support spans emotional, practical, and advocacy needs, while their virtual assistance skills ensure seamless communication and organisation for clients and the team.

Stacy (She/Her)

Wrap Around Support
Stacy specialises in psychosocial recovery, support coordination, and wrap-around support.Known for her practical, calm approach, Stacy helps clients set and achieve meaningful goals, navigate challenges, and maintain balance in their lives. She is passionate about helping individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive.

Josh (He/Him)

Community & Partnerships Lead / Psychosocial Recovery Coach / Peer Mental Health Facilitator
Josh is an experienced leader in community, disability, and mental health services, with over 10 years’ expertise supporting individuals and building inclusive networks. At MHRC, he leads community partnerships and delivers person-centred, trauma-informed recovery coaching. He is dedicated to MHRC’s values of inclusion, hope, and empowerment, ensuring every participant feels supported on their recovery journey.

Chloe (She/Her)

Psychosocial Recovery Coach / Peer Mental Health Facilitator
Chloe was born and raised on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and is happiest outdoors; whether it’s beach days, hiking, long walks, or horse riding. A lifelong animal lover, she holds a Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing plus qualifications in animal behaviour (aggression), equine care, and wildlife care, and she adores animals of every kind; big, small, nervous, or spicy. Chloe is just starting her journey in recovery coaching, having started out as a support worker and is passionate about helping humans and animals alike, and when she’s not outside she’s usually drawing, painting, or getting lost in music. She is Aboriginal and deeply connected to her culture, heritage, and history.

Peer Mental Health Support Worker
Jay provides empathetic, person-centred support, drawing on her own experiences to help clients build resilience and independence. She is committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
Bella (She/Her)
Peer Mental Health Support Worker
Bella is dedicated to empowering clients on their recovery journeys. She creates a welcoming, inclusive space and supports individuals including building skills, confidence, and meaningful connections within their communities.
Kim (She/Her)
Peer Mental Health Support Worker
Kim is a friendly, calm, and caring Support Worker based in NSW. She has been working in disability support since September 2024 and is passionate about helping people live full, happy lives through a person-centred approach that promotes dignity, choice, and independence.

Portia (She/Her)
Peer Mental Health Support Worker
Portia’s compassionate, person-centred approach helps clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She offers both practical and emotionalsupport, focusing on helping individuals overcome barriers and achieve greater independence in their recovery journey.
