Our services are designed to meet you across those different areas. approach to every interaction.

What we do best

Support designed for you

Our support services cover different areas of everyday life, recovery and NDIS navigation. You might need support in one area or a combination of several. We take the time to understand what you want to work towards and shape your support around that.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching can help you make sense of where you are now, identify what you want to work towards and take practical steps towards your personal recovery goals.

We can work with you to build resilience, confidence and independence, develop meaningful routines and strengthen practical skills that make everyday life easier to navigate. Recovery looks different for everyone. Your coaching is shaped around your circumstances, strengths and aspirations, with room to adjust your goals as life changes.

Understanding an NDIS plan and knowing how to use it can be a lot to take in. We provide Support Connection and Coordination of Supports to help you understand your funding, explore your options and get the supports in your plan working together.

We can help you find suitable providers, coordinate services, work through barriers and build your confidence in making decisions about your supports.

Our role is to make the process clearer while keeping you involved and informed along the way.

Our support workers can assist with the practical parts of everyday life while helping you build confidence and independence in the areas that matter to you. This might include daily living activities, getting to appointments, wellbeing activities, accessing the community, social connection and transport.

What that looks like will depend on you. It could mean working on routines at home, attending an appointment together, trying a new activity, getting out into the community or building confidence doing more things independently.

A meaningful life looks different for everyone. Lifestyle Facilitation and mentoring gives you space to explore your interests, strengths and goals and think about how you’d like everyday life to look.

We can help you develop routines, discover activities, strengthen connections and build greater confidence and independence. The focus is on creating a life that feels balanced, interesting and meaningful to you.

If work, study or training is part of where you want to go next, we can help you explore the possibilities and work through the steps involved.

Support can include career exploration, returning to education or employment, SLES support, developing skills and confidence, preparing for new opportunities and ongoing mentoring once you get started.

We’ll work with your strengths and interests to help you identify options that feel realistic and worthwhile.

Finding the right health, community and social supports can sometimes take a lot of time and energy.

We can help you explore what is available, connect with appropriate services and understand your options. This may include health professionals, community organisations, social opportunities and other supports that complement your NDIS plan.

Along the way, we can also work with you to build confidence making connections and navigating these services more independently.
